Information we collect
When you call, text, or request an appointment, we collect only what we need to schedule and perform your notarization: your name, phone number, appointment location, preferred time, and the type of service requested.
During a notarization, California law (Government Code §8206) requires us to record certain details in our official notary journal, such as the type of document, the signer's name and address, the type of ID presented, and, for certain documents, a thumbprint. The journal is kept securely and disclosed only as allowed by law.
How we use your information

- To meet our legal record-keeping obligations as a California notary public
- To respond to your questions
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use tracking cookies on this website.
